Thank you for taking time to register.
There are two ways to register:
Manually: You are welcome to just complete a Parish Registration Form and return it to the Office. Additionally, the back of this form allows you to identify ministries or other ways you would like to be involved.
a. Click here (link to registration form pdf) to display the Parish Registration Form. Print and complete it.
b. You can then mail it back to us, drop it off in the offertory basket during Mass or at the Office in person, or scan and email it back to office@rcparish.org.
Online: Besides being “green,” this option has several benefits to you—
- Secure, 24/7 access to your records at your fingertips.
- Accurate records—because you enter them! Whether we’re preparing sacramental certificates or getting in touch by phone, mail or email, having up-to-date information with correctly spelled names for all your family members helps us serve you better.
- Tax statements and giving history! Download your tax statement electronically, without waiting for the mail, and view your giving history any time.
To Create your Online Account–Fast Track Instructions:
a. Click here (https://portland.parishsoftfamilysuite.com/Default.aspx). The (ParishSoft/My Own Church)
b. Click New User to register. The registration page will display.
c. From the Step 1: Organization drop down menu, select Resurrection Catholic Parish and enter User Name of your choice.
d. Complete the fields under Step 2 and Step 3.
e. Click Submit Registration. Your request will queue for approval. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided.
f. Return to step a. to log in.
g. From the menu list in the upper left corner of the screen, click on My Own Church.
